To ensure that every client has the best possible experience at Beauty Bar by Ju, we kindly ask that you follow our salon rules: 1. Appointment-Based Service We operate on an appointment-only basis to provide dedicated and personalized service. Walk-ins are not accepted, so please ensure your appointment is scheduled in advance. 2. Deposit Requirement A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied to your service total on the day of your appointment. 3. Cancellation Policy We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations or Reschedules made more than 48 hours before your appointment: No fee • Cancellations or Reschedules within 48 hours or on the same day: A 50% fee of the scheduled service price will be charged. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the best service. If you are more than 10 minutes late we need to reschedule or adjust your service time, and a late fee may apply. 5. Extra Guests To maintain a calm, professional atmosphere, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing extra guests to your appointment. Please confirm with your stylist if you want to bring guests. Children must be supervised at all times. 6. Health and Safety Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that could affect your service. We are committed to maintaining a safe and clean environment for all clients. 7. Payment Payment for services is due upon completion. Please confirm with your stylist on how the final payment should be received. Please note, tips are greatly appreciated and can be given in cash or added to your card payment. 8. Personal Belongings Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Beauty Bar by Ju is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. 9. Product Use We use high-quality, professional products in all of our services. If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities, please inform your stylist before your appointment. 10. Respect and Professionalism We ask that all clients treat our staff with respect and professionalism. Any inappropriate behavior or disruptive conduct may result in termination of service and ban from the salon.
